As I mention in my blog post, which you can find here, I think it would also be a great gift for bridesmaids to go with their dresses. And in itself it would make a great gift bag too! So many options.
This bag was made in Stylecraft special DK yarn. It would be fabulous make in a cotton yarn too. So it makes a great stash buster!
You will need to know how to to the following :
- Magic ring
- single crochet
- double crochet
- back loop only
- front and back post double crochet
- Camel stitch also known as third loop only.

❤ LAYOUT:
Our patterns all share the same layout which is easy to read and easy to find important information you need, such as materials needed, sizing information, gauge information, and special stitches used as well as how to do them.
❤ MATERIALS:
We used Stylecraft Special DK in rose for this one, but a #3 weight cotton would look fabulous too (and be a little more durable). You can use any yarn you like to make the Kate bag, just remember, if it is a different weight yarn it will affect the size of your project.
