Marly Cowl – a textured cowl pattern

This textured cowl pattern will show you how to create cables without all of the front post / back post stitches that traditional cabling techniques require.  The Marly Cowl works up quickly and this pattern creates a warm, beautiful cowl that is perfect for those chillier months of the year. It has a nice drape on it so you can easily tuck it into your coast for added warmth and protection from the elements. Use team colours, favourite colours or just have a play around with your part used skeins. This textured cowl pattern looks stunning in neutral colours but also pops in bold colours too!

❤ SIZE:  

This crochet textured cowl pattern can easily be adjusted to create any size of project you would like. My cowl was approximately 31″ in circumference and 9″ tall. The stitch multiple is included to help you adjust the size to suit your requirements.  

❤ MATERIALS:

•  4 weight yarn (aran) – you will need approx. 270 yds in main colour, 60 yards in a contrasting colour.
• 6mm hook
• Stitch markers (optional)
