X’s Asymmetrical Scarf

The pattern for the X’s Asymmetrical scarf is worked with short rows and uses one of our favorite stitches–the X stitch.  The pattern is well written and easy to understand with video links to special stitches!

The Asymmetrical Scarf has a very unique style to it: narrow on one end and wide on the other! The “stair” pattern along one edge also creates a very different look, which makes it stand out from the rest. Make this in a DK weight yarn and it’s summer weight!  We think you will love the Asymmetrical Scarf!  Learn more about it on the blog post here.

Our patterns all share the same layout which is easy to read and easy to find important information you need, such as materials needed, sizing information, gauge information, and special stitches used as well as how to do them. These stitches often come with an accompanying video for further clarification.

Approx 53’’ long and 12.5’’ wide at the bottom edge

1 skein Hayfield Spirit DK or 1 cake of Lion Brand Mandala yarn.

5.5mm hook (despite working with light weight yarn, the 5.5mm works great for this project)

Tapestry Needle

Stitch Markers (you will need these!)

This is an instant PDF download once purchased.
