Introducing … the Marly Scarf (and Hat)

Introducing … the Marly Scarf (and Hat)

I have been waiting for a while to put this technique into a pattern. With the opportunity to design the Marly Scarf and matching hat also came the opportunity to use this gorgeous technique. In all honesty I sat down to make a unisex scarf

Samantha’s Hope – Free Unisex Scarf pattern

Samantha’s Hope – Free Unisex Scarf pattern

My design for the Samantha’s Hope unisex scarf pattern has been a long time coming! It has been almost exactly 2 years since I released my unisex Samantha’s Hope beanie in the Crochet Cancer Challenge 2019. At the time I released a matching cowl too.

Winterberry Beanie – unisex hat

Winterberry Beanie – unisex hat

This year  my contribution to the Crochet Cancer Challenge is the Winterberry Beanie. For the past two years we have highlighted colon cancer, which is a cancer that both Sara and her Dad have fought. You can read more about Sara’s story here if you

Robin Sleeved Wrap – A Must Have!

Robin Sleeved Wrap – A Must Have!

The Robin Sleeved Wrap is the latest in our Robin Collection. You may have guessed by now that I love the stitch combo we came up with for this collection! You get the look of cables without actually having to crochet cables. And it is

Sunflower Coffee Beanie Cozy

With Sunflowers being the choice of decor in early fall, I couldn’t resist but design a Sunflower Coffee Beanie Cozy! This is done simpler than it looks.  I incorporate the creation of the sunflower into the rounds while making the rest of the Coffee Beanie

I hope you were excited about the Wenona Cocoon because I have the matching Wenona Preemie Beanie for it!  Did you think I would design this one without a matching beanie?  Ok, yeah, I did design a few others without beanies but not this one! I

Lacy Solomon’s Grid Crochet Scarf

Lacy Solomon’s Grid Crochet Scarf

Free Lacy Hair Scarf Pattern

The Lacy Hair Scarf was actually the first hair scarf pattern that I designed! Even before the Elegant Hair Scarf (also a free pattern). My hair scarves are inspired by those glamourous silver screen icons. The carefree car rides over the mountains or along the

The 4th of July is upon us and I needed to make the Americana Coffee Beanie Cozy!  We have 2 other great patterns for the 4th, but I really like our Coffee Beanie Cozies so I really wanted to make one festive for the 4th!

Joy Wrap – Free Crochet Pattern

Do you remember when we launched our Joy Wrap last summer as a guest design on Joy of Motion Crochet? Well, now we get to post about it here too! And include the free pattern of the Joy Wrap for you. Of course if you

Elegant Hairscarf

Something came over me one day and I just had to design an elegant headscarf. I know! It’s not my usual kind of design. When I think of head scarves I think of the 1950’s and old movies with (not so fast) open top cars,
