Description
This bonnet and blanket set makes a perfect gift for anyone expecting a baby girl! It is such a classic and fantastic stitch that it will look great for years to come.
Pattern includes both the hat and the blanket. If you love mummy and me sets we also have matching Kate Beanie and Kate Scarf for mum (as well as a wrap and coffee cup cozy)
Bonnet requires DK yarn but works up quickly. The blanket you can make with either DK (#3) or aran (#4) yarn.
I loved my daughter in her hand made hats when she was a baby – they seemed to grow with her and kept her very snug. Remembering her in her bonnets is what inspired me to design this one.
As with all of our patterns, this one has been tested by several testers – and they all loved it!
Sizing:
Bonnet is written for several sizes – preemie, newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months and 9-12 months.
