❤ SKILL LEVEL:

This is a confident beginner cowl pattern. There are front and back post stitches to create the ribbing on this pattern. There are also some colour changes. These mean that it is more suited to a confident beginner, although beginners looking to improve their skills can absolutely work this one up!

❤ SIZE

This cowl is written for 4 sizes – age 2-3, 4-10, teen and adult.

❤ MATERIALS:

Between 220-329 yards of 4 weight yarn of choice. I used less than one skein of the darker grey and 1.5 skeins of the lighter grey in Paintbox Simply Aran (201 yards per skein).
6mm (J) hook – but you can use. 5mm if you prefer.
Stitch markers (optional).
Scissors.
Tapestry needle.
