Isn’t this Carrot / Easter Coffee Beanie Cozy just so cute?? What screams spring and easter more than a carrot lol ? I have been wanting to create an easter coffee beanie cozy since just after easter last year and I am so thrilled with the way that this one turned out!

This will make a great for coffee or tea lovers who like to drink on the go as they fit a 20 oz Starbucks cup and most travel mugs really well. Also good for kids – my daughter uses hers for her iced slush drinks to protect her hands from the coldness of the cup!
They make the perfect quick gift. When teamed up with a new travel mug and a gift card are an easy gift for just about anyone. What about a teacher appreciation gift!

Recommended yarns:
It is recommended that you use cotton yarn, especially for hot drinks, but a lot of our testers have used acrylic yarns and love our coffee beanie cozies! I used Drops cotton for the cream version and Paintbox cotton for the black version.
You will need #4 weight yarn / cotton and a 5mm hook for this project.
Skill level:
intermediate / confident beginner
There are links in the pattern to video tutorials for most of the stitches you will need. As yet no actual video for the orange part of the carrot. We do, however, include figure photos within the pattern. Written instructions are provided for this stitch and my testers managed it without issue.
