The Scrappy Summer Table Runner was a fun project to design and make and is a great WIP to have to take a break from bigger projects or make room for more yarn at home!
Crochet your own scrappy table runner for this summer. This PDF Pattern has instructions and video tutorials linked for the join as you go method I used to create my table runner.
The great things about this pattern is that you can make your runner as big or as small as you would like. Because of the join as you go method used you can literally just keep adding to it when you have built up enough scraps of yarn.
There are different ways of sizing this one:
- add squares as you go with #4 weight yarn and 5mm hook or
- use a smaller weight yarn and an appropriate sized hook to make your individual squares smaller.
