Robin’s Cables Blanket

Robin’s Cables Blanket
Spread the love

We couldn’t miss the opportunity to bring you a pattern for the Robin’s Cables Blanket now could we?

It uses the same stitch combo as the Robin’s Poncho, hat and scarf, coffee beanie cozy and mug cozy (which will be released soon).

I mean, this combo is gorgeous!! It has a traditional look to it with a modern twist.

And the best bit? ….

You get the look of cables without actually having to crochet cables! So these patterns are great for confident beginners and experienced crocheters alike.

Just take a look at this texture…

You can see why it was impossible to not include a blanket or afghan in this collection. This is a WIP photo I took of my blanket.

Sizes:

I have designed this blanket with measurements for 5 of the more common sizes

  • Crib         (52”wide x 60” high)
  • Throw.    (52”wide  x 60” high)
  • Double.   (90” x 108”)
  • Queen.    (96” x 108”)
  • King.       (108” x 108”)

We do give the stitch multiple for you to adjust the size of this one. It is worked side to side.

Now, I’m not going to lie – this one is a bit of a yarn hog. I used 3250 yards for a throw size but oh my goodness ! The weight is perfect, its is so cozy and it looks just stunning.
